Allan MacKenzie, the visionary and creative force behind MAV MEDIA, is a storyteller, director-cinematographer, and photographer. As an accomplished musician, he founded MAV MEDIA to merge his passion for visual and auditory artistry.
Two decades ago, Allan’s passion for film and photography led him to study at the Queensland School of Film & Television and most recently at Griffith Film School deffered. This was a pivotal moment, as it propelled him to establish MAV MEDIA in 2006 as a full-time professional video production and photography agency.
Since then, Allan’s career has flourished. He has created impactful advertising films for a diverse clientele, including architects, designers, and international musicians. His expertise and favourite genre is providing cinematography and photography services for the luxury built environment.
Allan’s distinctive cinematic style has earned him international acclaim, taking him to locations such as China, the Philippines, and New Zealand to produce promotional films and images. He is an honored nominee and Australian award finalist for best online promotional video by the national AVPA awards and an accredited cinematographer and photographer.
